Most know me as the guy that turned a 200k line of credit into a 20M real estate portfolio in 5 years. But theres more to know than that!

• I’m a washed up college basketball player that still tries to pass for 6’0”…but am actually 5’11”

• I’m married to my incredible wife Shelbi Simon.

• I read 20-30 books per year and am a lifelong learner.

• I love Jesus and try to live a life that honors Him in everything I do.

And, of course, I LOVE real estate. More importantly, I love the freedom which investing in real estate brings. 

Growing up, I experienced my parents lose over half of their retirement portfolio twice through crashes and poor investment choices. I watched how hard they worked, and yet how easily they lost money on investments. I swore there had to be a better way and became incredibly passionate about finding cash-flowing, recession resistant, passive investments.

Real estate solved that problem and brought our family that freedom. And my goal is to help others find that freedom - through real estate investing education and through passive investing opportunities with Full Circle Equity Partners.

Wyatt has a portfolio of over 20M assets under management including 40+ single family homes, office, and multifamily apartments generating over $170k a month in cashflow.

Wyatt is the co founder of Full Circle Real Estate, a direct to seller acquisition company. Wyatt is also founded  Full Circle Property Management, his in house management team.  Featured in the Jake and Gino movers and Shakers podcast, The Healthy Investor Podcast, and Success Science, Wyatt has helped investors and students internationally create passive income with real estate.
